Learn To Homebrew Day

The Homebrewers Association has declared November 5th “Learn To Homebrew Day.” This is a great opportunity to help our friends and family get involved with this fun hobby. Check out the Hombrewers Association website about it here.

The Red Salamander will be holding an open brew on Saturday, November 5th @ Noon. Anyone is welcome to join.

Notes:

It will be November in Michigan. Depending on weather, we are planning to brew outside. However, if need be, we can brew inside with very limited space.
Call ahead if you wish to brew a beer and have no brewing equipment. Red Salamander has limited equipment that will be in use, so just let us know early to get your name on the list.
No brewing will begin after 2pm. All-grain brewing takes 4 to 5 hours to complete. Please have all brewing finished and cleaned up by 7pm.
This is a brewing event and not a drinking event. Please bring your own beer and drink responsibly.
Discount (30%) on ingredients applies for cash or check only. No discount available for credit or debit purchase.

We hope this will be a very informative and fun event. Any questions about the event can be directed to Mitch at The Red Salamander.
